1.半斤河虾,清洗干净。这个虾比较容易死,可以加冰块降低水温,可以支撑一会儿,最好买回来尽快做。

2.蒜切沫,葱切段。

3.热锅冷油,下蒜末、葱段爆香。

4.倒入河虾迅速翻炒。

5.虾变色后加入适量盐和一小勺耗油翻炒均匀。

6.加一点水烧开,喜欢吃硬壳的,这一步可省略。
